BOOKS
A book I would highly recommend is "Karate-do. My Way of LIfe" by
Gichin Funakoshi. It's a very wise book and an interesting read written by one
of the great masters of karate. It's about the story of his life, the history of
modern karate and the philosophy behind it. And many of Funakoshi's ideas remain
valid still today.
